Art Adventures is run by its owner, artist, and tutor Raquel Carter. With a passion for drawing and painting, Raquel will guide you through an exciting artistic journey that will enhance your skills and deepen your connection with nature. Raquel is not only a dedicated artist but also a seasoned teacher, holding a BFA (Hons) from the National Art School in Sydney. She has travelled extensively, creating and selling her artwork.

Raquel’s expertise spans various mediums, including watercolor’s, acrylics, oils, and pastels. Having instructed aspiring artists for over a decade in different countries, she will help you observe the landscape in a whole new way, enabling you to unlock your artistic potential. Her teaching focuses on sharpening observation skills, improving composition, and mastering techniques that bring depth, texture, and mood to your work.
